Every company has its designation hierarchy, which sometimes corresponds to what we see in the market and sometimes differs.
As a result, Accenture has its Designations that are somewhat market-related.
Accenture follows the following hierarchy (for technical roles):
• Level 12 is a Trainee Software Engineering Analyst or a Trainee Programmer
• Level 11 is a Software Engineering Analyst or a Software Programmer
• Level 10 is a Software Engineering Senior Analyst or a Senior Software Programmer
• Level 9 is a Software Engineering Team Lead or a Team/Technical Lead
• Level 8 is a Software Engineering Associate Manager or a Project Lead
• Level 7 is a Software Engineering Manager or a Project Manager
• Level 6 is a Software Engineering Senior Manager or a DU Lead
When it comes to the role, you should expect some of the following activities.
