What are the steps involved in employee grievance procedure?

Employee grievances should be handled as soon as possible.
If the grievances are handled in timely manner then this will cause serious conflicts and further dissatisfaction of the employee with the management.
Management has to define the problem properly and accurately, after it is identified/acknowledged.
Information should be analysed, alternative standard to the problem should be developed and best solution selected.
Proper solution to the problem must be identified and quick solution should be provided.
