Responsibilities

You’ll use the most cutting-edge Data Science methodologies on our unique data assets while interacting directly with traders and salespeople to drive our businesses’ data-driven transformation.

AI & Data Science Interns will be assigned to one of the following teams, depending on their area of interest:

  • AI Research - Investigate cutting-edge research in AI and Machine Learning , as well as allied topics such as Cryptography , to build solutions that will have the most significant impact on J.P. Morgan’s clients and businesses. The team collaborates closely with the firm’s QR and Data Analytics departments and with substantial academic and research organizations throughout the world on mutually beneficial projects.

  • Applied AI & ML - To make better business judgments, combine machine learning approaches with unique data assets. Develop tools to solve problems in areas such as speech recognition, natural language processing, and time series prediction using machine learning and deep learning models.

  • QRM Learning - Use collaborative filtering, deep learning, and reinforcement learning approaches. From sales and customer interaction to risk management, inventory and portfolio optimization, electronic trading, and market-making, you’ll touch every area of the organization.

Candidates who will perform well may be offered a full-time position.
