What are the further processes after appearing for a management Entrance test?

Management Entrance tests are just the first stepping stone with respect to securing admission. After the entrance tests are done, the next process is the shortlisting of candidates for Personal Interview and Group Discussion rounds. The shortlisted candidates have to appear for both these rounds once they get a shortlist from the colleges. Each and every college conducts its Individual Personal Interview rounds. There is a Common Admission Process (CAP) round wherein various new IIM’s have come together to design a process wherein a candidate has to appear for a single process to be evaluated for admission into the New IIM’s. XLRI also conducts a single interview for admission into its prestigious Business Management program for its two campuses: Jamshedpur and Delhi. There are certain colleges in India that have other rounds instead of Group discussions. These are generally Group Exercises, Extempore, or Group Interviews.
