What are the eligibility criteria to join LTI?

L&T is a dream company for many fresh graduates, and they want to join the company to start their careers. There are many ways to apply for the company through campus placements drive or direct application. However, one must know the company’s eligibility criteria or whether they are eligible for the company or not.

We are here to help you with that, and the following are the eligibility criteria for the company to sit for the placement or job recruitment process:

Academic Criteria

  • All branches with outstanding technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in coding Percentage 60 and above equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, Diploma, and Graduation Backlog/Re-attempts.
  • At the interview, there were no active or existing backlogs. In the last semester of any course, no retakes, ATKTs, backlogs, or arrests are permitted.
  • Academic Gap: Academic gaps are only allowed when completed by the entire system. There will be no breaks amid the race. No year changes are permitted.

Age/ Personal Criteria

The candidate should bear before or on 1st July 1999. The service contract with the company will be for 2 years.
