What are the different types of hackers?

Hackers are classified as follows:

Black Hat Hackers or Crackers: They hack systems illegally in order to obtain unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or steal sensitive data.

White Hat or Ethical Hackers: These hackers hack systems and networks lawfully and with authorization in order to analyze potential vulnerabilities or risks.

Grey Box Hackers: They analyze a computer system’s or network’s security vulnerability without the owner’s consent, but bring it to their notice afterward.

Other sorts of miscellaneous hackers exist in addition to these three.
