What are Sheet Tabs in Tableau?

Sheet tabs represent each sheet in your workbook. This can include worksheets, dashboards, and stories. Each sheet is represented as a tab at the workbook’s bottom. To access the related worksheet, select any tab. There are numerous controls in the bottom right corner of the programmer window that you may use to go through each page or fast jump to the first or last sheet in the workbook.
