Generally, it depends on the requirements; for example, a few minor MNCs try to save their training costs by preferring freshers with a few years of experience, but this varies from company to company and even from manager to manager within the same organization.
It depends on whether you are a recent graduate looking for work or a seasoned professional with experience in other technologies who wants to transition into java at a large corporation. I’m assuming you’re a recent graduate with no job and no experience, and I’ll try to respond accordingly.
And if you can demonstrate that you can make a difference, you will be chosen regardless of the technology or domain on that you have worked in.
Some of the MNC companies are :
- Tata Consultancy Services
- Cognizant Technology Solutions
- Capgemini
- Infosys
- IBM
- Accenture
- Wipro
- HCL Technologies
- Deloitte
Generally, companies prefer people with two or more years of experience or freshers, however there are some that can hire, such as Nagaaro.
