No it’s not compulsory to mention that, but if in case you mention it(if you have a good one) it would show that you were good in academic and you are hardworking.
Even if you mention your less CGPA then you should be able to justify it in an interview. However if you are just sending your resume for shortlisting and CGPA is very less then avoid mentioning that
