Is the Graphical Process Designer (GPD) only useable in Eclipse? Is there a way to use it standalone?

The jBPM GPD is an eclipse plugin that is intended for use by a variety of roles. The same tool can be used by both the business analyst and the developer in various ways. The major reason we believe it is critical to combine those two responsibilities in a single sitting is that in many teams, these two tasks are performed by the same person. The tool must therefore be able to serve both roles and progressively transition from a diagramming tool to an implementation tool.
