Is it necessary to include ALL of my experience?

No. It depends on the job profile that you have applied for. For example of you have applied for job of digital marketer then there is no point of mentioning earlier teaching experience that you had.
Moreover, you should also not mention the experience that is too old.
In short, (if you have less space in your resume) mention only that experience which would highlight your skills required for job
