People are hired by employers for specialized occupations. Each job has its own set of tasks and obligations. Employers want to know that you’re qualified to accomplish the job correctly. Some vocations, such as General Labourer or Handyman, require generalists. Most positions, however, are better suited to people who have received specialized training and possess the relevant credentials in that field.
