eClerx Services Ltd. is an Indian multinational IT consulting and outsourcing firm with offices in Mumbai and Pune that specialises in delivering business process management, automation, and analytics services to Fortune 500 businesses.

The shares of eClerx are traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. On Monday, December 31, 2007, the firm went public on the stock exchanges.

eClerx was formed in the year 2000 to provide financial services, retail, communications, media & entertainment, fashion, manufacturing, travel & leisure, and technology firms with services pertaining to business process management, automation, and analytics.

It employed 12740 people as of June 2021.

SEBI has approved eClerx’s request to buy back its shares for Rs 3030 million.

eClerx bought Agilyst Inc in April 2012 to expand its presence in the cable and telecom market in the United States. eClerx purchased Creative Services Agency CLX Europe on March 31, 2015, for a total transaction price of up to EUR 25 million.

It agreed to buy Personiv, a digital marketing and back-office services firm located in the United States, in December 2020.
