The firm is excellent. The team and leadership are highly helpful, yet there is favouritism, and efforts go unnoticed as a result. Overall, the organisation is a wonderful place to learn and get experience for freshmen. In comparison to the market, the pay is comparatively cheap.

Con is that the hike is lower; otherwise, everything is fantastic.

Pro is that co-workers are friendly & helpful & can learn a great deal from management.

Con is that the work is mundane & compensation is lesser.
