So I work for IBM’s consulting division. Here is where I am spilling my guts.
- Initiatives - I am now working on one of the most exciting cloud security projects. I have only begun to scratch the surface. There is a tonne of information to absorb.
- My teammates and I are a terrific team. Motivating, encouraging, critical, leading, and beneficial. I could go on forever. I have never worked with a better group of people.
- Work-life balance - Only work during the week, no weekends (sporadic). Timings are set in stone. I can leave on the same day and time if there is an emergency (my team is quite supportive). I can plan ahead of time and take time off to plan my vacation. There are many opportunities for me to learn new things and bring value to my current work.
Initiatives: Management is open to new initiatives if you have a full-fledged plan.
