How was your first few days experience at Mu Sigma?

Following is the experience of one of the current employees of the company, and it is listed chronologically according to starting few days:

Day 1

Temporary ID cards are distributed, and attendance is taken. Then, one by one, numerous people will appear, each discussing a different aspect of your Mu Sigma contract.

There will also be some motivational talks.

Following lunch, you will be given laptops and a full demonstration of how to set them up with your ID. Then, for the permanent ID card, your photo will be taken.

Finally, after signing the contract and presenting all relevant paperwork, you can leave the office and proceed to your assigned lodging.

Day 2

Attendance is taken once more. Your salary structure, among other things, will be outlined to you.

There will be a few more presentations on other topics. Yes, bank professionals will visit to assist you in opening a salary account! You will have your permanent ID card by the evening and will then be able to leave.

[These two days are primarily for completing all procedures and acclimating you to the environment and people.]

Following that, you will have a training session.

Your training will follow a set schedule.

You will lose a day’s pay if you are late!

However, because you will not have much to do, such days will be the most restful.
