How was the Interview Experience of Xavier's' University, Kolkata?

The interview for this interview was a telephonic one. The interview started off with the panelists asking questions based on the personality of the candidate. They further moved on to the pointers mentioned in the CV along with justifications and explanations wherever required. The candidate was nervous even though there were no questions remaining unanswered at the end of the interview. The probability of this happening was high as this was the first interview of this stature that the candidate was appearing for and had been preparing for. The questions also hovered around the short-term and long-term goals of the candidate which require deep introspection as the interviewers are highly knowledgeable and poorly thought of answers would result in grilling and multiple counter questions. According to the questions asked, the interview was moderate and did not involve a lot of technical questions that one might fumble in.
