Highest Education should always be mentioned first in your Resume. Even make sure that you would mention your CGPA or percentage along with it. Year of completion should also be added to bring clarity. Prefer to point out your Educational institute as well.
For example if your highest education is Masters, you would mention Masters first, below it you would mention graduation, then higher senior secondary and in the end you are supposed to mention Senior secondary. You even need to ensure that you would write Higher senior secondary for +2 and Senior secondary for 10th
