You should know the four management styles and should also be aware that which one do you follow out of those four.
One can justify the same with the help of example( past situation in which management style was used). You can explain with help of technique called CAR( context action and result) or STAR( situation task action and result). Make sure then in the end you should also talk about the result that you were able to achieve because of your management style
