Usually in interview, interviewer ask the first question, tell me something about yourself, at that time you can discuss the things written in your resume. To create a better impression you should first talk about your projects to highlight your technical skills, then you should list down the courses that you have done to show your learnings. In the end you should elaborate basic skills that you were able to learn from your degree.
You should also prefer to have some information in your hand to be told to interviewer, as sometimes he/she can ask you to tell something that is not written in Resume. So you should skip to write all the info in resume when you are going for interview.
