How secure are Google Docs?

Google ensures that all data are protected and private if the user does not decide to share files with others. Google doesn’t go into great depth about its security measures as part of its security measures. We know that at least one element of Google’s security approach relies on password protection because users must have a Google account to use Google Docs, and all accounts require passwords.

Google also ensures that search engines cannot find the information contained in these files unless they publish a file. Google does not enable search engine spiders to access the data in Google Docs. Search engine spiders cruise the Internet seeking for keywords to construct search results.
