SALARIES

The salary breakdown for the 2017 graduating class was as follows:
Analyst…
• fixed = 19.5 - 20.5 LPA • variable = up to 19% of fixed • joining bonus = 5 lacs
• Potential earnings in the first year: 28-29 LPA
Consultant…
• constant = 25 - 27 lpa
• variable = up to 27% of fixed; • one-time joining bonus = 5 lacs; • total first-year earning potential: 37-39 lpa
