Placement process is indeed very tough and tricky there are various stages through which candidate has to go through, today i will sharing a experience of a candidate who sat for paytm company who visited Lovely Professional University-2021
Company: PAYTM
Job profile: Associate Software Developer
CTC: 5-6 laks
Rounds:

  1. CV (resume) shortlisting 500 candidates shortlisted out of 1000
  2. Online test which consists of a analytical questions, reasoning and verbal ability.( 200 candidates shortlisted)
  3. Coding questions, 3 coding question time limit 2.5 hours. (50 students short-listed)
  4. Technical Interview: 20 candidates qualified.
  5. Hr interview. (10 candidates selected)

Hence these were some stages of PAYTM company.
