Your writing or communication skills should be good if you want to communicate the gist or summary of the video you presented. You should practice these skills by watching and summarising a video daily during your preparation days.
You do not have to be a movie buff to do the analysis of the video just be yourself and put points one by one when you notice them and try to understand the emotions.
