GD is a method for revealing a lot about candidates who participate in it, such as their communication skills, ability to grasp the world around them, self-awareness, honest attitude, collaborative ability, and people management competence. It’s a simple approach to gain access to someone’s mind.

Candidates will be evaluated by a panel of three or four experts. The panel will evaluate the candidates based on their technical expertise and communication skills. As a result, the panelists will be subject matter experts.
