GDPI after MBA entrance exams

CAT, XAT, SNAP, IIFT, NMAT etc are all management entrance exams which are the first step for a person moving towards admission. Following the completion of the admission exams, students are shortlisted for Personal Interviews and Group Discussion rounds. Once the colleges have made a shortlist, the candidates must attend both of these rounds. Each college has its own round of Individual Personal Interviews. There is a Common Admission Method (CAP) round in which several new IIMs have collaborated to establish a process in which candidates must present for a single process in order to be evaluated for admission to the New IIMs. For admission to its acclaimed Business Management program, XLRI has a single interview at both its Jamshedpur and Delhi campuses. Other rounds are used instead of group talks in several Indian colleges. Group Exercises, Extempore, and Group Interviews are common examples.
