Generally, Google doesn’t hire freshers as front-end engineers.
Google only considers two options for front-end developers.
- 3+ years of experience as a professional software developer for front end
- 1+ years of experience with a master’s degree
The other qualifications are:

Experience with JavaScript as well as one or more programming languages, such as Java, C/C++, Python, or Go.

Front-end technology and/or front-end frameworks knowledge.
The additional or preferred qualifications are:

Knowledge of the most recent web standards, such as HTML5 and CSS3.

AngularJS, Polymer, Closure, and Backbone are examples of web libraries and frameworks.

Familiarity with the entire web stack, including protocols and strategies for web server optimization.

Understanding of accessibility principles and the ability to create goods accessible to people with impairments.

Excellent site design sense and understanding of user experience fundamentals.

Ability to write fluently in English.
