Does Google hire for Back End Engineer jobs as freshers?

Google generally hires regularly in Back end jobs as software engineers. Freshers are generally given an entry-level backend job for any graduate or postgraduate offering the best salaries in the market.

Google Careers is a website dedicated to entry-level graduates who have recently completed their education and are looking for a career at Google.

But it is pretty rare for a fresher, but they only recruit from top colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs, and premier engineering institutes and are required to have at least a bachelor’s degree, but even they might not get a backend developer job from the get-go. To secure a job as a fresher, you must have extensive knowledge. They’ll go through roughly 8 rounds.

It will be easier to have a good amount of experience of 5+ years and pursue the aim of having domain experience, particularly with other established organizations or unicorn startups, which is a plus.

So my advice is if you are not from a top institute, go for an industry experience and then try applying for google and score your goal. All the Best!!
