Yes it does. It plays a major role in interview

Yes it does play a key role but having said that people who communicate well and they dont talk to the point then the interviewer will not be pleased.
In my personal experience, I have seen a guys who was okish in communication but very clear on his project he did in past and that’s something bagged him job!
