Do you have any questions

The reason why the interviewer asks questions like these is to find out if candidates are truly interested in knowing more. Regardless of the state in the interview process, candidates should always say “yes” to it and ask smart questions about the company and preferable questions related to the role.
You can ask :

  • What’s the next hiring step or process?
  • What are the responsibilities of the position?
  • What kind of hours are expected for me to perform the role at maximum capacity?
  • What is the onboarding process like for new hires?
  • If I were hired for the position what would be the ideal starting date?
  • How is feedback delivered to employees?
  • Is there anything else I could tell you about myself that would help you with your decision?
Be prepared for questioning back and go ahead with a great study of the company/organization and its job descriptions.
