  1. The cost of Waterfall model is low whereas V-model is expensive one.
  2. Flexibility of Waterfall model is rigid whereas Flexibility of V-model is intermediate.
  3. The steps in Waterfall model move in a linear way whereas the steps in V-model don’t move in linear way.
