Best chatbots platforms

Chatbots are extremely powerful in terms of guiding the user on your website or a webapp or a mobile app. A decade back, NLP and NLU was a tough nut to crack, but thanks to the freeware that can be incorporated, this has become business friendly.
I’ll personally recommend the following three platforms for exploration:

  1. Botpress
  2. Dialogflow
  3. RASA

With the automation of NLP model building being done by these framework, a data scientist needs to work more on the understanding of what data to be fed for right training, and understanding the devops side of framework integration. Also, design an architecture, of what data can be collected from the user interaction with the chatbot.
