With random adoption of AI driven targeting, profiling & segmentation in space of healthcare, legal and policy, the biggest challenge is, in the name of some scoring ( effective, efficient, accuracy etc.) we are hurting prospects of most needy ( Doctor in small town, a patient with less financial support, a person from minority class).

Instead of scoring we need AI to respect individuality and if not that atleast not mandate its adoption.

The objective should not only be to make profit using AI when people are involved it’s also important to bring moral angle of “what is an AI being to people, biased choices or choice of their will?”
