Am I patient enough to keep on working even when a project seems to have hit a roadblock?

See during interview you have to create a positive image of yours so always prefer to answer in optimistic manner.
If you want a job then obviously you cannot say that no I do not have patience.
So you should answer in positive way that yes I am patient and if I would be a part of project then I would let a project to be a failure
