IBM’s 2021 Recruitment Process

IBM conducts 3-4 rounds to select freshers as Software Developer for campus placement.

  1. Aptitude test
  2. Technical interview

A candidate should be a 2019/2020/2021 pass out.
The candidate should have at least 60% in the class 10th standard
Candidate should have at least 65% or 6.5 CGPA in the Undergraduate
Candidate should have a under-graduation in B.E., B.Tech., M. E, MTech, BCA / MCA, BSC / MSC
Any candidates should not have got backlogs in any subject

IBM Recruitment Process for Freshers
A test on Cognitive Ability which contains 6 Q to be answered in 30 min
A test for English which contains 10 Q to be answered in 10 min
A test on Learning Agility Assessment which contains 50 Q to be answered in 30 min
A test on coding test which contains 6 Q to be answered in 30 min
