A general student must have a minimum percentile of 85 to be admitted to IIM Bangalore, with an 80 percentile in VARC and a 75 percentile in both DILR and QA.

A non-creamy OBC candidate should have an overall percentile of 75, a VARC percentile of 70, and a DILR and QA percentile of 65.

A candidate for EWS must have a minimum overall percentile of 75, with 70 in VARC and 65 in DILR and Quant.

An SC candidate must have a minimum overall percentile of 70, with 65 in VARC and 60 in DILR and Quant.

They give a 40% weightage to CAT scores, a 10% weightage to 10th and 12th grades, a 20% weightage to Bachelors, a 2% weightage to gender, and an 8% weightage to work experience.
