You’ll work with top compliance professionals to reduce risks and guarantee that the firm and its clients follow the laws and regulations that govern our industry.
Experience
This 18-month rotational program gives you a unique perspective on our Compliance department.
You’ll be assigned to one of two nine-month rotations, with the option of working on an advisory team or in a cross-functional area like Global Financial Crimes Investigations, Employee Compliance, Privacy, and Global Information Management, or Trade Surveillance & Electronic Communications.
A peer mentor who has just completed the program will assist you in navigating the firm, as well as a senior business mentor who will provide career advice.
We’ll ensure you have the resources and assistance you need to develop a diverse, fascinating, and engaging profession.
Training
You’ll have continual access to programs and training to help you improve your technical and soft abilities.
Meanwhile, through on-the-job training and networking , you’ll gain real-world experience while working with accomplished professionals.
