My thoughts: currently many cloud computing providers have a very sparse front end - and you’d need to get someone with dev-ops experience in helping you load and train your models in things like docker/aws: think loads of various execution files. It’s honestly very tedious to deploy. The future would be in something like Floyhub which has a great front end and for training your models. Deploying your models in the future - in my opinion - on online applications would using more of a GUI backend.
Currently devops are paid generously because coding for backend connectivity is convoluted in terms of launching the os; downloading packages; ensuring credentials are pulled securely in an environment etc…. In the future this could be more streamlined. That’s probably the most immediate speculation on what cloud computing would be
