This question is asked to check if the candidate has done introspection or not. Its always better to be relevant while answering this question. One should share strength and substantiate it with live example as to why this is strength.
For Weakness, one should call out as improvement area and again substantiate it with live example. One should also tell what efforts one is doing to improve on this.
