In Unstructured interview questions the interviewer doesn’t follow a particular questioning set of pattern. Interviewer asks questions randomly from everyone and it doesn’t follow a set of pattern like in the structured interview.
Unstructured interviews are tougher and hard to predict as they don’t follow a defined set of question patterning.
