Trade unions are also known as labour unions these are non formal organization’s formed by the workers in tge organization. These organisations are formed by the workers in thw organization who want equal and right amount of pay for their work. They come together for the welfare of workers and have strike against the company policies and decisions if they don’t like some decisions of the company.They help workers in issues like fairness of pay, good working environment, hours of work and benefits.
