What are consumers or users?

Single-consumer abstractions in Kafka are used to find both queuing and publish–subscribe consumer groups. Every communication accessible on a subject is given to one user case within every promising user group, and Kafka tags itself with a user group. The procedure of disconnecting user instances is currently in progress. Based on the customer categories, we can identify the consumer’s message model.

  • If all consumer instances have the same consumer set, this behaves similarly to a traditional queue that distributes load across consumers.

  • If all customer instances belong to different consumer groups, the system functions as a publish–subscribe system, and all messages are sent to all customers.
