Sir what staging area means in git and what this use for?

  • Move to staging area
    git add MyFile.txt
  • Committing files which have been moved to staging area
    git commit -m "Created MyFIle.txt"

Hi Hitesh,
When we want to save a change we have made to file in git, we will move that file to staging area by using following command git add <filename>
