while attempting the exam we are supposed to use the excel workbook provided whenever I’m using it displays caution saying attempt to change the tab can any one help me to resolve this

I think a day ahead sir sent excel sheet drive link and asked to download.
Once if we download that, we can apply the required formulae in mobile itself.
