Jupyter error

I’m getting this error, how to get rid of that ?

error : ‘recognized as an internal or external command’ .
There is not few possibilities to face such error i.e.

1. system is searching the file mentioned path but file is not available.
2. In environment variable python file path is not available

check if you installed pip library in anaconda then write as import pip
