Build a schedule for a certain time slot first, then create an Extract for the data source and publish the worksheet to the server. There is a setting called ‘Scheduling and Authentication’ that we may use before we publish it. Select the schedule from the drop-down menu, then click Publish. Assign the schedule and publish the data source. This schedule will run for the specified amount of time, and the workbook will be updated on a regular basis.
