Do your SWOT analysis for that. When talking about strengths, you should elaborate how those strengths can be useful for the organization and build a positive image of yours. You should also justify your strengths with help of real life examples in which you used your strengths. When you are talking about your weakness, keep in mind that you are not here to create a negative image of yours. When talking about weakness, you should also tell ways that you are using to overcome your weakness. Do not let your weakness to ruin your interview.
