Here is the formula for the same -

total goal value of page * no. of times goal completed / no. unique pageviews of page c (as we want to find out the goal value of page c

Goal page d value - $100
Unique page view for page c - 2

According to the formula

total goal value of page (100) * no. of times goal completed (1) / no. unique pageviews of page c (2)

ie. 100/2 = 50
