Yes of course. Specifically when you make online resume then you can mention some links like you can write url of LinkedIn.
You can also mention the link of your github where you have uploaded your projects.
If in case you have made your portfolio you can mention that link as well. Any other link with help of which you can showcase your skills can be mentioned on resume itself.
But when you are making offline resume ensure that these links should be Shortened and do not write in hyperlink
