Can you comment about hyperlinked PDF resumes whereby there is a single main page with internal links that open up a greater level of detail for a given skill or work experience?

Employers want to see a resume that includes a summary of your experience, education, abilities, and areas of specialization. You are giving them additional work to do by making them go through the extra steps of clicking links to find out more about you. For better or worse, employers are unlikely to spend much time reviewing this sort of CV.
